Terms of Service
These terms apply to your use of the Caus app, our websites and our online services (together, the "Services"). By using the Services you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the Services.
Using the Services
You must be old enough to form a binding agreement where you live, and at least 13. You are responsible for your use of the Services and for keeping your device and account secure.
The Services include experimental technology. Features may change, be limited or stop working, and generated worlds and other outputs may be inaccurate, unexpected or inconsistent.
Your content
You keep ownership of content you submit. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, process, reproduce, display and distribute it as needed to operate, improve and promote the Services. Make sure you have the rights to anything you submit.
We may review, moderate, restrict or remove content and access at our discretion.
Acceptable use
Don't use the Services to do anything unlawful, harmful, abusive, deceptive or infringing, or to create or share content that is. Don't interfere with or disrupt the Services, get around limits or security measures, access them by automated means we haven't allowed, or misuse other people's information.
Third-party models and components
The Services include and connect to third-party models, software and services, which are subject to their own licences and terms. Their availability may change, and we are not responsible for them.
Multiplayer
When you play with others, they can see your display name and what you do in the session. Some sessions connect devices directly.
Fees
The Services are currently free. We may introduce paid features, with any terms presented before you pay.
Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the past twelve months or 50 US dollars.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your content or your misuse of the Services, to the extent permitted by law.
Ending use
You can stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or end your access at any time, including for breach of these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continuing to use the Services after an update means you accept it.
General
If part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under laws that can't be waived.
